So far so good. I need a local bank near my home and had no luck with Tremont Credit Union, and Citizens has unrealistic demands if you just want a savings account (basically you can't). They answered the phone and answered all my questions and my application seems to be going through pretty quickly. Looking forward to... read full comment

Their online banking system is a joke and their staff will harass you to make an account with them, choose a bank where you are the priority and not a bonus in their paycheck!
