Friendly front desk staff, libby area was neat and clean. Comfortable and cozy.

It’s a small hotel with a small lobby but the double Queen beds room is bigger than some fancy hotel . Location is great for us , walking distance to the New England Conservatory and Symphony and the Prudential Mall.

Beautiful view outside the hotel and strategic location. rooms are very comfortable, staff is wonderful.
