This isn’t a smoke shop where someone is staring down at you from the corner; Angel is polite, friendly, and professional. The shop is clean and neat. We’re definitely coming back:)”

“The service is exceptional the gentleman who usually works there tries to be knowledgeable about all the products they carry and if he's unsure he will open the product and read through the manual with you. They carry a very wide selection of Hookahs, CBD vapes, and nicotine vapes as well as tobacco, filters, lighter, torches, several types of butanes, as well a a great variety of glass ware. You can walk in there with as little as $30 and get yourself a nice little inexpensive set up or they carry top of the line Diamond glass, Curve Glass just to name a few. They also carry a nice selection of hemp backpacks and little hemp zipper pouches, little containers to carry product in and cases for your glass ware too! Oh they also sell Ma State Lottery too!! And they're open late which is great. I'm pretty sure they're open until 11pm. And they have the best location close to any place else you may have to go run an errand at. Oh yeah did I mention they're great customer service? Every time I walk in there I get greeted with a smile and a friendly face and when I leave He says I'll see you next week, yes?! And one more thing before I forget, if you're a real good customer sometimes they'll surprise you with discounts on certain items! And don't think they are your yuppy Cambridge Head shop that only sells weed bowls and STRICTLY weed bowls. They have and extensive collection of California Oil burners 16gauge and 18 gauge Bendys for the water lovers. Side cars too! They carry glass one hitters too and roses in glass I believe don't quote me on that though. And many many other things. The one thing they do NOT carry is Square baggies like the 1x1 or the 3x3. But they do have the jewelry scale that weighs your jewelry to the thousandth or hundredth whatever you prefer. As of right now I don't have a picture with this review but I'll definitely update it with one. And I'll be sure to get a picture with the nice guy who works there so y'all know who to go to to get the hook ups!!”

“My experience there was amazing when Scott Rand was there very knowledgeable guy friendly and was easy to talk to, made everyone feel welcomed, I was very very upset when I found out he had left for Downtown the reason being the service and the quality basically died once he had left and I have refused to enter the shop, and I work at 279 Newbury Street. I have gone out of my way drove to where he works now just to have his service, what does that tell you about him as a person the best and there is none better.”

“beautiful shop. guys know what we need , and are educated in the products, if you have any questions about things you don't see but are looking for, you just need to ask, this place seems to have hidden gems all over the place. for example. walk in and ask for a Oil Rig within a price range rather than walk in and observe the rigs and ask to look at them, you might find a twice as better peice for 25% of the cost you were going to pay. Always stocked on Vapes, empty pods coils, disposable salt devices, and all the best LEGAL products under the massachusetts vape ban. -Your favorite regular , Ben thank you for serving me for 5 years By the way Pete no longer is the owner. the shop is back open under the hours of 10am-10pm m-s and i believe 12-8 sunday (hours may need adjustment but it's under new management as of february 2022z”
