“Update: I had originally dropped off three packages here as a UPS access point on Memorial Day. The packages were tampered with and went missing, prompting my initial one star review. After leaving this review, the owner Aymen reached out personally, investigated the situation, and made it right. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue which I truly appreciate.
That said, I would suggest the store work on staff communication and follow-through, as my interactions with employees during this process were unhelpful and went unresolved for weeks.

“Great packie. Lot of options for beer & wine compared to the other 2 packies and open the latest generally (esp sunday). Lots of snacks, home goods, papers & smoke stuff, drinks (alcoholic and NA), mixers, cups, and more.
Fair prices & helpful staff. Parking nearby can be tough.”

“Love this place. It’s pretty much the only thing I miss about Boston after moving out of state. THE CAT!!!!!!! If you’re lucky, the little guy will be there to welcome you. My exams used to keep me at school until my Uber driver was basically saying good morning, so I had the privilege of seeing him every couple of days.
Pro-tip: Their card reader resets around 3 AM daily, so I’d recommend stopping in around 3:05. It was always a blast chatting with the guy on the night shift!”

I haven't try menu .I always get the same thing I like on my sandwich. Next time all try out menu ...Great price...Drinks n chips n alcohol. Beverage.i like the smoothie out machine.... Coffee Good fresh . Only problem was when I was there ordering my sandwich there was a woman screaming from behind the back or side of store not sure what that was about. I only saw 2 lady's visual. Cashier. Sandwich maker.....not sure why the 3 woman was screaming things Spanish as I'm ordering my food . I got 2 sandwiches bag chips . Mango ? smoothie. For $31.00 not bad better than sloppy food at McDonald's..... experience always great....”

“Moving to a new neighborhood can have it's challenges. There is always a neighborhood store/market where you can go to get what you need and be greeted/welcomed by store owner/employees as well as great conversation.
As a person of color, I have never felt as though I, or any present while shopping was being discriminated against and I'm grateful.
This is my experience with Hillside Market and I am thankful they are my neighborhood store. I don't feel any negativity when shopping there as employees are professional and personable. ?”

“This CVS is wonderful. One of the Managers Korey I believe helped me on a Sunday at a busy time. I had been there the day prior and literally purchased something and left it on the counter. In no time at all he went through the security video footage and I was out the door with what I purchased the day prior (but forgot to literally pick up off the counter and put in my bag). He volunteered to help out ASAP and I hadn't asked for him searching the camera. Thank you!”
