Anytime I need a Uhaul truck to move things, I can always rely on your company to have what I need to get the job done!! Your staff is extremely friendly and provides exceptional customer service. The rental time provides me enough time to complete my tasks. My family and I love Uhaul!! This Mass AveLocation is very convenient and easily accessible via MBTA, car or foot. I will definitely be back when I need another truck!! I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a truck to move their things!!

I reserved my truck through the app for an 8am pickup. I knew that the location did not open until 9, so I called to confirm I would be able to pickup the truck using the app at 8am. The person confirmed I would be able to pick it up. I showed up at 8 per the reservation and the app said no equipment was assigned. I called the 800 number and they could not do anything. I had to wait in 15 degree weather for an hour for the place to open. I did not receive refund or discount for the inconvenience.UPDATE: UHaul did issue me a partial refund for the inconvenience on Jan 26

I was looking to book a reservation for an out of town rental. I encountered a worker named Courtney. She was rude and sarcastic. She was more interested in hiding behind her phone than interacting with me. Also I smelled pot smoke coming off her clothes. This is not a good look for Uhaul and I'll be following up with Phoenix. If you need to be high to come to work just stay home.

Lot attendant "Mike" was very rude. This is my first time moving. And using Uhaul services. He refused to assist me or answer any questions. I was very polite. When i called his name to assist with completing my truck pick up, he intentionally ignored me and my partner. It was shocking. His colleague had to apologize. HORRIBLE!!!! If you work here, Do better.

Truck smelled weed and cooked meat (!?) Probably after a long journey.. it should've been cleaned before giving us.We had to walk all the way to the parking lot to get on the truck after checked in, it wasn't ready in front the office or cleaned properly. Gas was 1/4 empty, it was loud and lots of noise inside the truck during driving. When I was dropping, I was asked twice to park in front although the front was jammed at mass avenue. I told them I had a flight to catch and left. seems like none wanted to work and all seemed disturbed with my presence for business

The place is very busy especially the end of the month...with that said reserve a truck if needed ahead of time.. lines were long but the staff is very friendly and efficient...Brenda and Madeline were exceptional...both always a smile and very pleasant...we had an issue with the back of a truck and they bothe handled the situation great! Thank you ladies

The employees at this location are extremely unprofessional. I called multiple times with my phone number linked to my account to ask general questions however; no one seems to answer my call. When I call in with a different number someone was able to pick up the phone right away and it has happened twice now.The main issue is that I rented out a 26 foot truck with my reservation and was given a different truck regarding the original truck that I was supposed to have was in a different location (parking lot). I picked up the truck Sep 28 at 7AM and returned the truck same day at 10:00PM along with the dolly and the key for the truck. However in my portal it shows the truck I initially reserved and not the one it was swapped out for which means no one updated my portal with the replacement truck. Which means I’m being charged for not “returning the truck” which in my case I did in fact return the truck. Thank god I’m intelligent enough to take pictures of everything so I have plenty of evidence on my end.I spoke with someone at the Massachusetts Ave location today at 7 am with a different number and they told me they’d call me back with an update (no update) I then had to call back at 11 am and I was told they’d call me back and no one had yet called me back it is now 1:30PM. This is my first time renting out a truck from UHAUL and this is the thanks that I get.So now once I leave my office I have to go out of my way to resolve this entire issue! I’m not impressed with the customer service and lack of knowledge what so ever. I can guaranteed you I’ll never rent from this location ever again.Thank you.
