Overall a great experience. The Associate explained all policies and important details to me. I was well informed and felt safe in the vehicle.

First, I downloaded the app. I was able to easily reserve the U-Haul truck through the app. I went into the U-Haul location on Fairmount Ave, Hyde Park. The sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this location!
