I would not have been able to even drive it off the lot, as the UHaul text explaining photos needed was too much for me to get. “According to my U-Haul account, I've rented 10' and 15' trucks here in Jan 2025, Feb 2025, and Nov 2025. No issues with any of those transactions though I will say that the employees were not particularly memorable.
I recently came for some cheaper-than-Home-Depot moving boxes and was in and out in under 5 minutes since I knew how many of each I wanted. The man behind the desk even helped bring the boxes out to my car.
I returned a week later with my original receipt to return the boxes I didn't use. The manager was not there so I was told to leave my information and the refund would be processed once the manager got in. I checked my credit card transactions a few hours later and got the refund.”

“Justin and his team are always extremely helpful and provide amazing service. I go to muffler mart for all of my U-haul rentals, oil changes, tires, inspection and pretty much anything my car needs! Always incredible and i've referred friends and neighbors and all say the same !
Things that may be helpful after reading some other reviews and from personal experience!
- Check closing times, if you book a U-haul for self pickup after they close they won't be able to add things like Dollies etc.
- If you do self pickup and keys aren't there .. most likely the person before you dropped it in the return box and not in the lockbox
- I have had internet issues trying to pick up a self pickup up u-haul, I called u-haul and they were able to help me out.
- Pick up around the time you noted for self pickup or you'll have a hard time changing it when you actually pick up or the van/truck can be rented by someone else ( ?, that was my fault!)”
“The U haul team is excellent! Phillip Dube is an awesome man/employee. Clean facility, my only complaint would be not enough room for my legs to drive comfortable enough to not have to stop several times.”

“The reviews of this place aren’t good, but I’ve used them twice now and had a good experience.
Basically everything is done online. You go into the gas station to get the key, and after hours drop off is a window near the gas station.
Most of the trucks are in a dirt lot in the back. It’s a bit dark and creepy back there, and not clearly labeled, but it works.
My truck was a little dented so I took a picture before taking it out, but didn’t need it since I wasn’t charged for that damage.
The truck had an appliance and furniture dolly in the back (which I didn’t purchase), so that was a great extra.”
