First, I downloaded the app. I was able to easily reserve the U-Haul truck through the app. I went into the U-Haul location on Fairmount Ave, Hyde Park. The sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this location!

Cost were not fully disclosed: it almost felt as if the employees were incentivized to be dishonest. I am absolutely done with UHaul. Horrible business model poorly trained employees

I was able to call and get an extension for an unfortunate circumstance that happened at the storage. But I was not credited the following day as promised and paid for four days when I had the truck for three days.

The lot full of rentals but the person working said he had no ability to rent me a truck had to go to a complete different location.

the facility has somehow been without power for over a week and so i have been unable to access my storage despite going four separate times, and no one - i mean no one - can assist or even locate the manager. rental trucks have filled the parking lot because the place essentially seems abandoned. unbelievable.

Uhaul doesn't give you opportunity to put negative on feedback. So yes counter person was helpful but truck was dirty, never swept out. Definitely wasn't used for move b4 I got it. Also no on-site parking and nothing close bc street cleaning

Good experience here with self checkout using the mobile app. Fast and easy. Got the keys inside and saved a lot of time. Truck in good shape about expected for 100,000+ miles.
