The van died 10 min after I pick it up. I called road assistance and I wait from 7 pm to midnight in order to get a service. I was freezing in the rain and the three companies called by Uhaul road assistance canceled before arriving. One of the companies marked the job as “done” I haven’t received a phone call from the manager of Uhaul and they charged me for Two days of service. The tank was completely full when I returned the van and I never got a credit. A terrible experience.

I'm on the fence about this because the location, although it was closed, did what they were supposed to do. The address, however, is not on the building. Then there is the issue of difficulty using the app for self pickup. U-Haul phone rep was very helpful and friendly though.

Sept2022: 4⭐: I brought one of my family members to this location to look for some moving items essential to pack and get household goods ready. The worker inside was knowledgeable and helpful and got the right type of boxes that were suitable for the items that we were moving. We needed three of them and we were able to secure them at this location without any additional issues. The worker even assisted to load the boxes in our van. I did observe that there was one handicap parking spot in front of the door but was frequently blocked by people coming in to pick up moving supplies.

Was late picking up the truck, totally our fault. When trying to figure out when we would be able to get a truck a service member named Martin acted like a total clown. He talked down to us, raised his voice, and was completely degrading. I was just wanting to figure out when I could get a truck but this person treated us so badly I would be way to upset to ever set foot in that place again if he is there. 1/10 do not recommend

I love this location cause its close to home and its convenient for me the two workers in front desk the young lady and other gentlemen martin are amazing at there job always real welcoming but I cant say the same about that locations manager darron if his even the manager I had an issue in regards a vehicle I rented out and i called to speak specifically with him it was 9 am in morning and i was told his not there i was asked if i needed help with anything i did said yes but i wanted to speak to the manager himself i was given his business card so i decided to come in the next morning the gentlemen in front said his not here at this moment this went on for a couple of weeks long story short i called and walked in a couple of times for a couple of weeks and he was never there its always the young lady in front alone or or the other two employees ive even try coming in afternoon his never there if he cant handle the manager position it should be giving to a person thats willing to manage a store its sad that people like him take advantage of his employees i can say that after me posting this review this store should hire better management

The employee at this location on Nov. 27 was super rude and failed to provide the utility dolly. Also the location had no dropbox or key slot so I had to wait almost 3 hours over the phone to get instructions on how to drop off the key. Please stay away from this place!

Very expensive pay $8 a mile and I put way more gas then I needed, and I rented a storage box paid $12 for a lock which I couldn't use.

The entire reason we chose this location was because it was in close and convenient proximity to our current residence. We reserve our truck weeks in advance. At 5pm the night before our pick up, we were informed that the pick up location had changed to Norwood. This delayed our move an entire hour and caused us to face some very serious traffic. The representatives informed us that we would be able to drop off the truck, even if it was closed. They neglected to inform us that we would need a smart phone with tracking software to take live photos of the drop off. Neither me, nor my partner can afford a smart phone and luckily our friend was able to upload tracking software, but not everyone likes being tracked! This drop off process takes all the responsibility and work off the shoulders of UHAUL employees and puts it on the customer, which clearly it needs to do because of the thick incompetence coursing through the veins of this institution. My partner did not want to use UHAUL from the start and clearly, I should have listened to him. UHAUL just lost three customers. Never again.

Employee was too busy to hook up my car hauler so I did it jacknifed on the. Highway, they're insurance company REPWEST DWNIED MY CLAIM after U-HAUL told me customers are not allowed to touch trailers and it was their fault.

Worst experience I’ve ever had before at a U Haul location. I’m angry. I want the money that they owe me back. Never doing business at this location ever again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Van was clean and in great shape. The staff was great to work with as well and it was simple to return the van after normal hours through their app
