everytime i go in, the staff is very quick to greet me & immediately offer help; they’re so friendly and they’re very resourceful. the last few times, i have had issues with order number mixups or things not arriving on time, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful with resolving it :)

I LOVE UMass/Boston, but I now live in Oregon. This bookstore has so many hoodies and other ways to remember my time there. They were helpful and friendly. There's also a Dunkin' super close.
