Hahn was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond to help us out in printing out a bunch of pictures for our friend’s birthday later that night. So so grateful for all of her help, she saved the day!

Do yourself a favor, don't go to this UPS store!
I went there on July 31st in the afternoon with a printed prepaid label and I have already boxed my shoes. The guy there still insisted in charging me 3 bucks for a shipping bag and he didn't give me any receipt for that shipping bag. Who knows if that 3 bucks eventually goes into his own pocket??????
I have been to other UPS stores or other shipping companies but it had never happened before.
Even though I called both Nike and UPS where I was told that with my printed label, I never needed to buy a shipping bag, but the guy still insisted that both UPS and Nike were wrong the other day over the phone...
So ridiculous for a person who works at the UPS store not knowing what a prepaid label is for!

I wish I could zero stars to this place
Most unhelpful ups experience ever.
They scanned my return code but then said can't take my box without another shipping box for it. So I came back with a box.
Then they said the return code has been used already. He remember having scannrd my code earlier but made the excuse of having given me the label last time (which he never did). And when I called him out on it - his response was "how about I refuse you service."
Since he is the store manager, as he said, I can't raise his complaint to anyone.
And in his own words - he is not affiliated with UPS - so raising this with UPS won't make any difference to him.
Good job, James. Keep up with your excellent customer service and I wish this is exactly the kind of service you get in return everywhere you go.

I had the most wonderful experience at this UPS store. I needed to send 3 items to Australia a few weeks ago and Vincente was incredibly helpful and patient while we were trying to find a way to get it there without spending a small fortune. Vincente spent a considerable amount of time with me, looking at different options and suggesting ways to make it work. He was so friendly and helpful the whole time!! This was some of the best costumer service experiences I've ever encountered. Thank you, Vincente, for not only doing your job, but doing it VERY well.

Ever since I tried to mail a letter internationally in 2020 I swore I’d never go there again. Each time I broke that promise the outcome was the same. The second time was to print docs. They weren’t offering the service. Today it was notary services. Although clearly broadcast on their website they don’t offer it. Sounds like bait and switch. Wonder how the Governor’s Executive Council and Attorney General feel about falsely advertising the services of a public commission.
