Ever since I tried to mail a letter internationally in 2020 I swore I’d never go there again. Each time I broke that promise the outcome was the same. The second time was to print docs. They weren’t offering the service. Today it was notary services. Although clearly broadcast on their website they don’t offer it. Sounds like bait and switch. Wonder how the Governor’s Executive Council and Attorney General feel about falsely advertising the services of a public commission.

I just left the UPS store here and I cannot say enough good things about James! He made what I assumed to be a difficult process easy, he was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable! Please give James my thanks!

When they are open, their team is great. But I cannot tell you how many times they are late to open. 9:30am the store is still closed, even when they’re suppose to be open at 9am.

VERY PRICEY, i had 2 packages to return to a clothing store. It is supposed to be a free return. They charged me to $4 dollars to put one cloth in another package. I got my own tape and packed it. When i asked she said ups charges if they PACK? I mean what pack. I packed and got the package. she shifted one cloth to another so that it can be one package. WHO CHARGES FOR THAT? Please do not go here. Event the printing is costly. they charge $4 for one paper

don't go here for notary. I was told by state department it was done incorrectly which resulted in a last minute rush for me to find a different notary. this was after I suggested certain language be included, but the notary dismissed what I was saying and said it wasn't necessary. turns out that it was. I trusted her because I figured she's certified and knows more than I do.

Ran in at 4:45 on a Saturday with an important package knowing that the place closed at 5:00. Was told that she "was closing the register and no more parcels would be accepted." We'll forever take our shipping needs elsewhere.

Regularly ship legal mail via UPS using pack and ship overnight. Entered store and they refused to pack the item despite the label saying literally 'PAK' and paying for the service. Clerk told me when I told her it was part of the label that I paid for that 'I didn't pay her for it and thats what matters.' I asked for a manager just to see if she was actually correct and she told me the manager was in the next day. I then came in and was told that woman was the manager and she lied to my face. That clerk was too intimidated by her employer to even give me the managers name. Go to the one down the street instead of this one if you want any level of competent and respectful service.
