The guy with the long hair that tied back made me feel so uncomfortable. He made aggressive movements in regards to my shipment, and addiment to seeing the contents and handling the contents of my items. Very weird demeanor, distracted, and sporadic behavior. Made weird remarks as to wanting to handle the content of my shipment. Asking multiple times what the contents were and peeking into the contents. Was definitely not present or calm. Very concerning.

I walked into the store asking for help for someone to keep the door open while I carry a heavy appliance that needed to be shipped for repairs. Amari, the sales associate, immediately offered to help. He didn’t stop at the door but actually walked with me to my car and proceeded to carry the 50+ lbs device into the UPS Store. He then took charge of packaging it for shipping on his own time. It was well beyond anything I had expected anyone to do and it was all done with a smile and just a great can do attitude.

I've been going there for years for Amazon returns or shipping needs & the team there has always been great. They are friendly, chatty & go above & beyond for customers. It feels like a neighborhood shop instead a national company

I visited this store to mail my documents for my bar exam application, and I was in a bit of a rush since the deadline was so close. Thankfully, the staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Thanks to their support, my application made it a day before the deadline! A big thank you to the three gentlemen I met. I really appreciate your help. If I pass the bar exam, I’ll definitely stop by to thank you all in person! :)
