I have never written a Google review before, but the consistent terrible service I’ve received that this location makes a review feel warranted. I went in this morning and was 1 of 2 customers in the store, it wasn’t busy. I was made to feel like an inconvenience for being in the store, and met with an incredibly rude and condescending tone when shipping an item. I was asked for my address in a rushed and mumbling manner, when I asked to repeat the question it was like I asked to move the earth. When I provided my address, I was mocked for saying the address was in Boston - he asked me for my address! I was shocked by how I was being spoken to, I clarified if I had done something wrong. This is just one experience I’ve had in this store that made me feel this way. If you have an option to ship something from another location, I would recommend it.

This is my local UPS store. I’ve been in there on multiple occasions and have seen them be rude to customers, including myself. I don’t think it’s appropriate and major changes need to be taken on a customer service level.

I've been to this location a couple of times and have consistently received very rude service from the gentlemen with the beard. Reading through the comments I see I'm not the first person to experience his brand of customer service..The person mentioned above processed several of my Amazon returns, which he literally threw across the room into a box labeled green. I was shocked at how unprofessional, and carless this was. Once he got to my last return he insisted that I pay $10 for an additional box for my Amazon return. I asked him why as the item was already in its original box (as written in Amazons return policy). He insisted in an impatiently, that I have to buy the additional box, or he wouldn't process my return. Any follow up questions I had (as I was very confused), were met with him being argumentative and unwilling to explain let alone help. I left very confused, and frustrated. Having refused to pay for the extra box, (which wasn't required) I went to a different UPS store where I had my return processed with absolutely zero problems.After today experience, I wouldn't trust this location to ship anything for fear of having my items being mishandled. Throwing packages from across the room shows complete disregard for customers and their belongings. Customers want to know their items are being handled with care, isn't this shipping 101?In addition there is absolutely no need to be rude, or cause such an inconvenience as this person did to me today. There are other locations in this area where the staff are happy to help. I'll be using them in the future....

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. I experienced terrible service and treatment. The staff asked for only 2 dollars for taping. Then he made us wait even though we paid for it. He moved on to the next customer.I can accept that it is normal for company policy to charge money, but I can not accept that it is normal to not do the taping and let other customers do their business.

I’ve had nothing but positive experience in this store. Being new to the area, I had to return Verizon equipment, print out some pages, ship personal packages, return Amazon items prepacked and unboxed of all sizes. My questions were always answered, and my packages were always taken care of. Computer time is indeed expensive, but in line with any other UPS I’ve been to, so nothing against this location.

This place is terrible ?especially there are young Chinese or Asian gay in there who are very wicked i ask him for help waited for him close to 1h he never helpedme. and another tall man bearded who speaks badly to people too ?I was about to cried ? that day. I'm scared to go back there for services because of them.????

Very poor customer service. I arrived at the store at 6:40 and was waiting in line to ship a package. After I get to the front of the line at 6:50, the associate lazily says, we can’t ship anything 10 min before the store closes. I ask if I can leave it there to be shipped in the AM and he just says nope you have to come back in the morning.You could have mentioned that before I waited in line the whole time. And I can’t image why I couldn’t just leave my package there to be sent in the morning, sounds like he was just being lazy.

Don’t even bother coming to this place, the guy with the beard there is a complete piece of work. Just go to USPS or make sure USPS picks up using the home delivery service only. This place just needs to be closed down already or go to FedEx!

Absolutely 0 stars! I shipped a box of my belongings from this store back home on my last day of training for a new job. The employee that helped me repack my box was pleasant. The other employee which I believe was the manager was sketchy the entire time he kept making suggestions that my box needed to be checked again even after the employee that helped me has already checked and approved everything.Due to a medical procedure I wasn’t home to receive the package but called UPS to have them hold the package until I returned home. The package was shipped back to this store and UPS customer service informed me that the store would be able to ship it back to me with no problem no cost.That didn’t happen when I called to the store to inquire about the shipping it back I was told that UPS doesn’t own this store and customer service representatives can’t tell them how to run their store and and they would not be paying for my package to be shipped back to me that I would have to pay for it.This same rude manager or assistant manager the said well I have to reopen your box to determine if the items can be shipped. I asked why would it be reopened. This man completely disregarded me opened my box and basically threw out everything that was in the box!I had originally removed items such as Lysol, sanitizing wipes, laundry detergent and bleach before leaving the box to be shipped and as stated beforeAfter shipping my box on August 4 I just received my package last week only to find out that majority of my items were thrown out and what was remaining was ripped out of the original packaging and just dumped in the box. Majority of my items were missing to include my makeup which wouldn’t harm a thing, lipstick, lip glosses, eyeshadow, makeup brushes, facial cleansers, sunscreens, makeup wipes, travel size perfumes, laundry pods, teeth whitening kit, hair supplies everything was gone.I immediately contacted the store and filed a complaint or claim with the original employee that helped me. He said he would initiate the claim then inform the manager.The manger calls me the next morning and the first thing he starts with is I’m calling because you left a message with one of my employees saying that you Allegedly received a package with missing/damaged items.Not I’m sorry it happened or nothing but just totally disregarded that the items were actually missing and kept saying allegedly. I live in Georgia so imagine waiting for your belongings to arrive only to receive a trashed box and all of your items missing. There were at least 4 laundry pod packs originally I only received one.My bathroom mist was poured out and they sent me the empty bottle. My entire make up kit gone. The make bag was a clear makeup pouch and you could see everything in it. Everything in the pouch was travel size except my brushes but they were still able to fit in the bag.My mascara, travel size perfumes that I just purchased everything gone, sunscreens that I needed because I had a prescription from my dermatologist all gone. They even took the top off of the travel size prescription cream from my dermatologist and just left it in the box. That cream alone was $90Everything was neatly packed before I shipped it. I will show you what it looked like when my box arrived. Even the items that weren’t opened were just dumped.The manager would not listen, kept talking over me as I tried to explain what was missing and just kept saying well you say it’s missing allegedly. He the told me that they would not be replacing any of my items or paying for any damages and No one opened my boxMind you I purchase insurance.I informed him of how horrible his customer service was and that this store takes no accountability for anything and he said well you don’t have to talk to me anymore and hung up the phone.If UPS is proud of this location they’ll lose business moving forward. Not only was my intellect insulted by insinuating that my items were allegedly missing as if I made it up but he totally disregarded me.

Was dropping a package from Amazon The rude guy behind the counter pick up the item from the return box and said the that is not the right way to retuned the item to amazon and rip off the plastic bag that amazon provide and said that I need it to buy a new bag because amazon will not accept the return this a the secondTime I have problems with this guy I have returned items on another ups store and never had a problem the fact that he ripped the bag off and take the box after it was returned is no right Inot sure if he is the owner of the ups store if he is shame on him

I had a mini emergency trying to get a time sensitive package out before the weekend and was so pleasantly surprised and taken care of by Leah who happily stayed open a few minutes late and even cared to give my pup some treats and water after we had rushed over. What a day maker!
