I visited this UPS store on a Friday afternoon to complete some online returns. The associate who assisted me was so friendly and warmhearted, along with fast and efficient. I really appreciated what a positive experience I had — the employee really stood out among the best I’ve met at a UPS store!

They shipped a package to me that was clearly labeled with an address for somebody else. Then UPS informed me there was nothing they could do about it, and that I would have to pay to have the package redelivered to its intended, clearly marked recipient. In other words, they screwed up, and I would have to pay to fix their error.
UPS is absolutely, comically, amazingly bad. I'll never use them again in any situation where there is any alternative at all.

This location absolutely sucks the lady and this bald guy are so rude useless and literally do not know anything. The guy barely speaks like he's just mumbling so weird. Seems like they hate working there and extremely rude especially the guy!!!! Stay away from this location

I came in to this location needing assistance sending an important package as quickly as possible to the recipient. As someone who does not mail things often, I was worried that I would be upsold on unnecessary shipping, or left questioning if my package would make it on time. Jacob was incredibly helpful in answering my many questions, and even helped me compare different shipping options and the various price points. My package was delivered right on schedule and I will be going back to this location if I ever have to mail something again. Thank you Jacob!!

I had a mixed experience at this store. While the lady who eventually assisted me provided excellent, efficient, and professional service, my initial interaction with the gentleman was deeply disappointing.
When I arrived, the gentleman asked what I needed, only to abandon me mid-conversation to assist other customers who had arrived later. This felt quite disrespectful. Even if their requests were simpler, he didn't even blink to say sorry or excuse himself.
The situation worsened when I began providing my name and shipping address. My name is often difficult to spell and pronounce, so I offered to show my ID to help him input the information correctly. Instead, he seemed visibly annoyed and frustrated by the complexity and length of my name and address. He then asked me to step aside—without clear explanation—almost as if he didn’t want to continue serving me. When I finally provided the shipping address, he appeared to give up entirely and handed me off to his colleague. Here's what happened: He just stares at me, and sigh, and turn his back not saying a word.
Throughout this interaction, I remained patient and cooperative. I genuinely don’t understand what I might have done to warrant such rude treatment. It was upsetting and unprofessional and I rarely make reviews in google maps to outpour my feelings like this. It was just bad.
Thankfully, the lady who took over was the complete opposite—kind, attentive, and highly efficient. She immediately understood my needs, recommended the best product, and completed the transaction in under five minutes. Her professionalism made a huge difference and helped salvage the overall experience.

Man working here incredibly rude, huge attitude problem like he’s a toddler. Panting and whining about every little inconvenience when it’s literally his job he is paid to do. He should find another job seems extremely unhappy.

I am sorry I didn’t got her name, but the lady that worked the last shift today (27 Nov) - the day before Thanksgiving, was a 100% professional.
The queue got long, it was already past the closing hour at 7pm, but they handled it calmly and professionally.
10/10, definitely should be rewarded in some way.

Dropped a package off at this location on 9/11 store wasn’t open at the posted time then on top of that the package shows up as on the way now I find out today according to them the package is “lost” store sucks.

This store deserves a medal for how awful it is honestly. I have never been to a UPS location that fails to do ANYTHING correctly.
They don't open on time. Their staff is lazy, rude, and untrained. They don't provide any of the services listed on their webpage.
I don't understand how this place manages to stay open.

The worst UPS store I have ever seen. They open and close whenever they feel like. Their staff is rude and untrained. They respond with "I don't know" to any question you have and clearly do not care about their customers.
I have no idea why UPS doesn't just close this store. It's just hurting their image.

The short haired women who works here was cussing at everyone and threatening to beat people up so I just left. I advise everyone to use other locations.
