These folks helped me after an awful start to my day! They helped me box my item for an amazon return and helped me when stuck at printing. The guy work here is always on the phone with his supervisor since he apparently does not know how to do things right…. The waiting is extremely long. The couple before us spent like 30 mins for a small shipping tasks due to this guy’s incompetence… and i have to wait all the time…

This is the closest UPS store to me so I go here to mail documents for my job and every time I arrive I am met with employees that are either newly hired or not helpful, but in the end I an able to mail my documents. I didn’t mind until today when I arrived with an odd request for a next day air label and a envelope (i usually have them myself but ran out) in which the woman attending to me couldn’t be bothered to hang up her cell phone or stop scrolling on it. She eventually looked at me like I had 5 heads when I explained the situation and asked for another staff member to come over and help me instead. My request for a label was rejected which I found odd, but I’m not familiar with UPS operations so that does not directly fall onto the employees shoulders, but the lazy nonchalant treatment I got today was unacceptable.

They left my package at the USPS shipping unit, I can't track the package and know where it is if I only have the UPS number, I don't know where the package is if it is in the hands of UPS and I don't know when it will be possible to track the package if it is It is from USPS and is in the hands of UPS
