“The general manager of this store is awesome. The best customer service I have ever experienced! I bought a pair of sneakers for my fiancés first Father’s Day and the manager assured me they would arrive on time for Father’s Day. Turns out the shipping wasn’t going to arrive on time so he personally delivered them for me and completely changed the customer service game. This was my first time shopping at LACED and it was an AMAZING experience. I would highly recommend this store and shout out to the general manager who made my Father’s Day gift possible.
