“If you are unique in style and want what is in your imagination. The style no other retailer boutique has, and you want to be the only one OKW is the place to go. This boutique being small and cozy with rolls of fabric and creations in the work, is only apart of it. The best part is the creator, the mastermind behind making you unique, and thats Waheeda. I was going to a wedding in March 2020 and desperately wanted to stand out in my uniqueness, and someone referred her. I hesitated in calling because everyone else was saying you should have done this 3-6 months ago, and to be honest, this was last minute, so i said, why not? They can just say no. I called and explained everything, and without hesitation, she made time in her schedule. I called this professionalism when every deadline was met, and i walked away very pleased with her creation and how she catered to my unique style is the best feeling. I am writing this review now, a year later because of covid, the wedding was canceled, and the dress/jumper did not have its debut, and i just tried it on, and i still love it. I wanted to thank Waheeda for all her effort, time, understanding, and patience to pay attention to the details and made me feel like i was her only client.”

“There's nothing better than walking into the store behind a few girls who quickly discovery its not a bakery!! I became a fan on MV and I've visited the Boston store twice now. The whole theme is AWESOME, the clothing is GREAT, my mom even makes me cookies with your cookie cutters! Don't get me wrong I was sad to see the MV store close, but that's what makes those shirts true classics of great family memories. Getting my new shirts in the munchkin box out of the "hot" oven brings out the true kid in me. The icing on the cupcake was definitely listening to the girl say, "but wait there's really no cupcakes". It's still making me smile and it was definitely a Boston trip highlight!! Keep the fakery alive!”

“I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...”

“I have been a loyal customer at Crush Boutique for many years now, often buying the Misa, Greylin and other local brands online then picking up in-store! The large earrings and purses are really great finds under $100. The owners will even respond free of charge for your major outfit selection questions on e-mail (it's a nice thank-you to support their shop and buy something nice afterwards since other style consultants will charge $150 for this 15-minute service). I actually think Crush is really well-priced and am confused about reviewers who say it is overpriced. “I selected a bag online for pick up in this store. Placed my order after hours one evening. At exactly the opening time of the shop the following day, I got a call from an employee telling me that my bag was ready for pickup. Also, the message gave the hours of the store and alerted me that the shop would be closed for Patriots Day in a couple of days, so just FYI. Great customer service even before I stepped foot into the store!When I picked up the bag, I was treated well in the store. The bag was ready upon arrival. It's a black small easy zipper tote and I love it!This will likely be my go-to brand for bags from now on. Thank you!”

“Great shop with incredibly knowledgeable employees. They have a nice selection of hemp-derived THC, and CBD products that are priced incredibly well for their potency, which is often higher than dispensaries, and does not have the annoying souless dispensary vibe. A lot of vegan choices too which is nice. They also have a great selection of hemp clothing, and accessories like hand blown pipes and vapes. This is a great one stop shop for all things cannabis. worth checking out for sure.”

“I walked into Ministry of Supply having never heard about it before—When I walked out, I'm a customer for life.Their clothes fit like they were tailored to me, and being 5' 6" with broad shoulders but a narrow waist isn't always easy to fit just right. The fabric and colors were perfect, the durability feels great. Extremely satisfied with the merchandise.Their customer service is exceptional—if I got the names of the guys working there I'd give them shoutouts. They made me feel human after a long season of setbacks. Walking out of there, I wanted to bottle up the experience of that interaction to relive over and over again. Most companies preach customer service but this was the first time in a long time I've seen people living it in their workday. Thank you guys x1000.
