The biggest group of idiots in any Federal entity and that is saying a great deal. I have had no less than six (6) packages re-routed all over several states and towns in less than 5 nonths despite those packages being properly labeled. Defund-privatize immediately!

If I could give 0 stars I would and I am not normally one to write bad reviews but omfg. I wish I was joking when I say this was hands down probably the worst customer service experience of my life. First off a person should not have to call over and over again to simply be connected to a person to speak to. Once someone picked up the phone on the other end I was not able to even iterate what my issue was before I was cut off and was simply dismissed. If the facility was on top of their work people wouldn't have to call about issues but alas they are unable to get their act together. Please do better and you will not have to deal with people on the other end of the phone.

My certified letter was supposed to be delivered in CT on March 25th, it is still stuck somewhere in Boston and no one can answer why. No one answers the phone here either. This letter is a legal document and is very time sensitive, now it won't be delivered on time and will throw off the whole legal case.Edit to add, I filed a complaint. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are having the same issue, go file a complaint, that's the only way anything will ever get better

The reason it's rated so bad is because the majority of people who rate it are those who had trouble not those who got their package so do not stress if you don't get yours it will come I know cause I had 18 separate 10+ kg packages come through with no hassle

4+ days to get a package from 36 miles away. 4+ days to get a package from Methuen to Boston, that's completely unacceptable. It shouldn't take more than a day, why are my packages constantly getting held up here for multiple days? USPS needs to seriously get rid of DeJoy and start efficiently delivering packages again, these last few years have been awful and it's just getting continuously worse.
