RA054340577US A registered package has sat in Boston regional facility since 20 May and has had no updates since 26 May. It is now at day 12 since it was shipped. Local USPS told me in a perfect world 3 to 10 days. We are well past. Anyone able to answer why or had a similar scenario please help!

Ordered a package a month ago that was supposed to be delivered by February 19th. Still not in and the tracking says it’s been sitting at this facility for 2 weeks now.

None of the offices or facilities i call answer their phone , you’re stuck waiting to connect on a call and it’s an endless ring then an automated voice that doesn’t help at all. It’s even worse in person, majority of the employees I’ve encountered have the worst unprofessional attitude
