The reason it's rated so bad is because the majority of people who rate it are those who had trouble not those who got their package so do not stress if you don't get yours it will come I know cause I had 18 separate 10+ kg packages come through with no hassle

4+ days to get a package from 36 miles away. 4+ days to get a package from Methuen to Boston, that's completely unacceptable. It shouldn't take more than a day, why are my packages constantly getting held up here for multiple days? USPS needs to seriously get rid of DeJoy and start efficiently delivering packages again, these last few years have been awful and it's just getting continuously worse.

USPS sorting facility = The black hole. I have 3 weeks worth of orders that were shipped priority mail that were moving along nicely until they arrived here. Now, no more movement, tracking or updates, nothing. Crickets. It's like they're just..... Gone. Nobody knows anything. I have no idea if or when I'll ever receive my packages! From the looks of it, probably not. I don't understand. I live 5 minutes from this place. Why can they not get my orders to me or anybody else? Did everyone walk off the job? They have 1 job. It can't be that difficult!!!! I could've walked there backwards/ upside down last week and had all of my orders! WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE DO ALL DAY??!! This is completely unacceptable!!!!

The worst of the worst. I don’t understand how a package can have a clear printed shipping label affixed to it with postage fully paid but it still fails to be processed accordingly. Item supposed to go Nevada is going back and forth between their facility and a sister facility. Every time they receive, they send it back. It’s been 4 times now. What in the f is going on there? The processing issues have exacerbated over the past week with wrong estimated delivery time, processing failures, miscommunication or non communication, unresponsiveness, uncooperativeness, mishandling of package and more. Mind you, this is a ”Priority Mail” (1-3 business days) and we are at day 14 and the package hasn’t left the state. And every time there’s an update, it’s them sending back my item to the sister plant AGAIN. Had to called their office 10 times successively for someone to answer and lie about not knowing where the “Boston Processing Facility” is, as if Google did not make it obvious enough. I join the people demanding that this place be shut down forever and all of them be kicked out. You have a simple job to do (read label, redirect package) but you still manage to give people a headache and have the audacity to lie. For me, it’s a 0/1000000Ps: In case someone in the office is reading this, my tracking number is: 92055902004365000073616315. I have already opened a missing item case with USPS and I would like you to find and send my item to the correct destination.

Really nice facility I don’t why someone people had experience problems when the staff is really nice and if you want to get your package faster just give them a call and you can pick them up

WORST STAFF EVER. CVS delivered my prescription through USPS. And it was processed with a wrong zip code. My drug has been delayed for 3 days and I called CVS. CVS gave me the phone number of this USPS store. The store told me the pkg has already been shipped to other stores but they have no idea which one is that. But how could it be possible? Think about what if this is a life-saving drug? Someone will die because of their inefficiency.
