I’ve only lived in JP for 5 months and I’ve had two packages marked as delivered that I did not receive.

Came here for a new passport application at 11:00AM. The woman processing my application was very kind and got everything done in a timely manner. They could probably use some more staff members but other than that, everything went smoothly!

Let face it we all don’t love the post office experience but I have to say Bianca is the best! Here customer service 5 stars ! Thanks Bianca!
