The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. However, some customers have reported that the staff can be rude when certain employees are not present, and the location may be understaffed, which could contribute to low employee morale. Despite these challenges, the clerks are generally described as pretty nice once customers get to know them, though the location could benefit from some renovations.
Clerk was very rude. She clearly didn't want to answer any questions I had, and skipped past options on the pinned. I tried to select an email receipt but she went and printed it before I had the chance to. But was friendly with what I assume are regular customers.
