  I arrived 12:00 pm and the AGENT was in lunch and I need to wait to 1:00 pm 🤣 Sooo I don’t understand why we need an appointment. And my real question, They do whatever they want? Is there no one in charge?

  Echoing the other comments here: the staff here are often very rude and the last time I came in, one of the staff members was having a customer, yelling back and forth the entire time.

  Dear USPS,
  My name is C.E, and I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location at 554 Washington St. in Dorchester Center, MA (ZIP code: 02124-9997).
  Unfortunately, I have had several negative experiences there, including encountering a consistently rude and unprofessional employee named Von (last name unknown). Today, September 26, 2024, at 8:00 AM, this behavior was particularly egregious.
  When I inquired about an undelivered package from Amazon addressed to 70 Ames St. in Dorchester, Von refused to assist me and exhibited a hostile and arrogant attitude. He even falsely claimed the package had been returned to the sender.
  Furthermore, my attempts to reach a manager or supervisor to address these concerns have been unsuccessful. My phone calls have gone unanswered, and I haven't been able to locate a proper email address.
  This lack of response from management, coupled with the repeated poor customer service from Von, is deeply concerning. It's disheartening to see that my experience reflects poorly on the Dorchester Center location, especially considering the numerous online reviews mentioning rude and unhelpful employees.
  As a valued customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive proper assistance. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address both Von's behavior and the lack of communication from management.

  Hit or miss with the attitudes of some of the employees. Recent experience a week ago was horrendous. I did get decent service most of the time.

  Rude, unprofessional, poor customer service but what do you expect from miserable people who hate their lives. I can tell this post office will be shut down soon, just by its ghetto location and ratchet employees. I won’t return and will go to other branches with better service

  Unprofessional, rude to customers, they had my package in that facility for nearly 3 weeks and finally send it out to distribution center.

  Some of these reviews are from people that came into the post office being absolutely ridiculous & rude.Kevon aka “The Jamaican Guy” is the most helpful employee this location has had in a while. He’s always friendly and he goes above and beyond for every customer. Anyone writing a negative review about him is simply creating a false narrative.As far as Ebony, she might be the most misunderstood employee of all. She helps everyone and tries to resolve situations before they get out of hand. The only people that discredit her are the people that have come into the office being rude and mean.These people come to this building to help out our area. We have to find better ways to deal with our anger instead of writing false reviews to bash people based off our own wrong-doings.Keep up the great work Codman! We appreciate your service !

  Opts to not do work and insist your package isn't there, when it is in fact the only place it could be, and would take a 5 second check to confirm.

  The staff at this location are very rude. There is one woman who claims to be the manager of the place. She is extremely rude and awful. I would not recommend anyone do business at this location.

  This lady by the name of Lovely. She is extremely rude .She has no professionalism. She is a terrible worker!!! I’ve never seen something like that . She was very disrespectful to me . What a terrible person she is . Just awful!
