AJ is the single most helpful and kind Verizon specialist I have ever met. I kept running into issues (caused by corporate bloat and beauracracy) that AJ helped me navigate and solve with such grace. I will only go to this store to get help from AJ. He makes having Verizon as a service provider worth it.

Have been to Verizon Hub at North Station a few times. Each time I’ve been impressed by the great level of customer service and knowledgeable team members. A big shoutout to Jazz who could not have been more helpful with a tricky order / trade-in. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Great experience. Got off a plane and realized I left my phone in DC. Needed it. Andrew walked me through all options for recovery, had me set up in no time, and is maybe one of the sharpest people I’ve ever met.

Rude employees, and they had no iPhone 13's in the back. So I came in for a phone, couldn't even get one. It's not like they just came out this week or that they're a old model. I even offered to get a different color than I originally wanted. What's the point of being open with no stock to sell? Additionally would not check other stores in the area to see if they had anything in stock to avoid me wasting my time traversing Boston and the T lol they offered to order me one which I would rather do online myself that with the rude lady helping me.

I came in for an issue with my phone. The tech was able to help me. My suggestion is that you Lyft, Uber, Taxi or Subway it to this location. Street parking is very hard to find though well worth it

Terrible experiences. 5pm: Went in wanting to get a phone plan + home internet bundle. Had to go back home to get passport for identification in addition to diver license. Then I had to go back home AGAIN to bring my social - physical card. Around 545pm around this point 7pm: only got the phone plan set up. Wtf 3 guys in total. 2 hours man I was the only customer. One of them was constantly on the phone talking. once someone came in and was a bit annoying and said "you on the phone?" Then There is the worst part. After I went back home, I checked the bill wtf they added two add ons man Verizon cloud and protection for 22 bucks a month wtf So 2 hours to set up one phone account for one customer plus hidden add ons. Holy smoke wtf is this man

As an 88 year old woman recently moved to the top floor of a North End residence, I often admire the night sky with rooftops, historic spires and the Verizon sign lighting up its Causeway St roof. Last December I noticed a red & green band of light surrounding the sign; then on MLK Day January 17, I enjoyed the same colorful image. Last night I searched and was rewarded. A Valentine's Day gleaming red ribbon enfolded VERIZON. Now my adventure continues. When next will bright colors celebrate a holiday? First Day of Spring? Easter? Passover? Juneteenth? Of course 4th of July! THANKS for this brand new Tradition.

The people that work there are the laziest! There's no specs next to the phone's & the workers don't even know ANYTHING about then either. They just sat there while I asked what the specs were for a phone, said they didn't know, then turned away to keep talking with his other female associate worker! This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST retail phone store I've ever been to. Out of ALL the phone places I've been to!

I didn't buy anything, but I came in to browse and the guy who was in the front assisted me right away. While I tried grabbing some alcohol wipes prior to leaving, I knocked my latte all over the floor. It did not get on any electronics luckily. The staff was extremely gracious and made it seem like it was no big deal. I wouldn't typically write this but I want to publicly say: thank you for being so nice about it because I felt horrible, especially since they were close to closing. I didn't get their names but it doesn't cost to be kind, so your attitude was very appreciated. Customer service A1.
