I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. King really seems to be a genuinely wonderful person and is exactly who should be in a customer facing role like this. 10/10 would recommend this location and I will absolutely be returning for any future phone service needs.

King = a king! He made my appointment super smooth and was very kind and friendly. I was confused about my plan and he took the time to explain it all for me, even though it was busy and he was the only one there. Great service!

I walked into the Charlestown location and was assisted by Khani. He is by far one of the best I’ve ever dealt with, laid back and very knowledgeable about the things Verizon offers. He Made my transaction quick and easy, I’m looking forward to coming back to this store for all my cell phone needs !

Great experience with Juan. I had an appointment to upgrade my phone and he was very helpful. Very efficient and was able to explain all the different deals and options clearly.

I was blown away by the excellent customer service at this store! Ibrahim worked with me and was super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was there for a while and also overheard King working with customers and I was also really impressed with his patience and upbeat attitide. I think both these men should think about couseling or teaching in their next career because their interpersonal skills are a gift.

Had no service after upgrading my Verizon plan. Drove to this store and within 2 minutes the guy there fixed it me by telling me to turn off then back on!!! Thank you!!!

On Sunday afternoon I added a line to my plan, upgraded a phone, changed my plan around and all of this was made super easy with the help of King. Most employees would be upset if someone came in on Sunday afternoon to do all of this but he was extremely helpful and courteous throughout. Ask for him!!!
