Updated:The store was closed when I went during hours, apparently a meeting ran long. The phone just went to a recording, and the main Vibram number said to email for accurate store hours.Kind of frustrating.Ultimately it was figured out that they are in fact open. The guy was very nice. It's mostly office space though, and they only have a few of their top lines on display and not necessarily a full range of sizes. So just be aware it's not a standard concept of a 'flagship' type location.

I'm addicted to the shoes, but this shop serves no purpose for actual Vibram customers who already know their size. They carry a very basic selection, and for any of the interesting options you need to order them online in any case.

Tyler was super helpful! He answered all my questions, took time to make sure I could try on what I needed, and was just overall great!

Very personable staff and great product. Plus don’t forget to check out their after hours events.

Great service and I never felt like I was pushed to go with any single type of shoe. I'd absolutely go here again.

I called ahead to verify the store was open as comments said the place closed. The woman said they were open until 7:00. I arrived at 2:30 after a 30-minute drive into the city and the door was locked. A guy came out and said they were closed for the day for some kind of meeting. fail

Waste of my energy to get here. WARNING they don’t really sell anything. I was told only 30% of their business is sales and it’s mostly events they do. The pictures on google review are old and from their old store. They don’t actually carry all those boots. This isn’t a place to come shop. Very misleading.

I believe this is the new location of Vibram after the Newbury location closed. They have a wall of soles and many different five finger shoes, boots and sneakers with the Vibram sole. They have events such as at 6pm on Tuesday they have a run then drinks after, and Thursday they have a speaker come in. You can just your shoes "re-soled" by adding a new Vibram sole with a machine they have. The staff there was friendly and they immediately greeted me. I didn't ask for prices but was an awesome place I would recommend checking out if you're in the BU west location. I will make another update once I try their events and update upon their prices. You can easily get to here via the green line to Boston College and get off at the BU West stop then it's a two minute walk.

Love toe shoes! They have helped me heal plantar fasciitis. My sports Dr recommended them, so glad there's a store to try them out. Customer service reps are a bit arrogant at this store though, think they need some women friendliness there.

Not sure why this place exists. Lots of shoes to see, none to buy? Waste of time. Was way better when it was a store you could buy vibrams at (before it moved).

I've started to pay more attention to my feet and their toes! Vibram now has a great line of five toe shoes. Luckily, their only US retail store is here in Boston. The staff was very helpful advising me on what choices were available and suited to my needs. Happily walking the trails now with my toes comfortably spaced and gripping the paths with my soles.

If you're looking to make the transition to minimalist footwear, check this store out. The folks at Vibram recently hosted a fantastic workshop on transitioning to minimalist footwear in collaboration with the Spaulding National Running Center. Staff are well informed and well connected with resources to get you walking / hiking / running safely in more natural footwear.
