I've had some interaction with their staff in my neighborhood and overall they have been at best dismissive and rude and at worst outright hostile. This organization should be dismantled and the city's money should go to a better equiped organization to secure people experiencing homelessness.

I know one of the individuals who works at Victory and he is an amazing individual who truly cares and is there to help those who just need a helping hand.

This company needs a new representative. I'm unsure whos calling for phone screens, but it needs to be a person with a better attitude, it only too me 5 seconds to realize I was not willing to waste my time with this company, the reviews are ACCURATE!
