I love Walgreens. It was the first pharmacy and local store that sold everything I needed in my neighborhood too bad. The drug addicts are making it lose its value and our community. Blame Mayor Wu.

Hello I work locally and am often in to buy phone chargers, chapsticks and snacks. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful but I particularly enjoy Yana. She is continuously kind and helpful. I am often looking for the “cheapest” option Yana helps support my buying needs and is not judgmental. It may seem small but it means the world to me and makes for a better more comfortable shopping experience.
One that I have not received from local competitors. Thank you to Yana and the Mon & Thursday Walgreens crew :)

This store genuinely terrifies me. I live really close and would rather walk farther and pay more to avoid it. Cashiers are rude and snappy, I've had multiple employees YELL at me before I have time to turn on my hearing aids, the selection is sub-par, the door has been broken for several months now, the best experience I ever had here was with one older male cashier who talked me into giving my email for the rewards program, and even then it felt like I was being forced to, but at least he was cheery and polite. Tip for all employees everywhere, if someone can't hear you the first three times you ask them if they want a bag, they can't hear you period, just charge them for a bag, DONT yell at them like this Walgreens does. Every. Time.

They claim to give out free flu shots, but refused to give me one. I was misinformed by the pharmacist that my Insurance (Aetna) and prescription provider (express scripts) were out of network.

An elderly woman wasn't understanding that her medication wasn't yet and got very frustrated with the associate and started yelling at her. She was rambling on and on about how she was in pain and needed medicine now and the associate Mina handled the situation with grace and manners and was kind while de-escalating the situation. It was exactly how I would want somebody to treat my own grandmother. Great job Mina, keep it up!

This has been my store for a long time. Also the delivery is great. The pharmacy can be challenging sometimes, but overall they're pretty good. Recently I've been concerned about the cleanliness of the pharmacy area. The store is dirty, but the pharmacy is dark, and dirty back there. Plus, since the cannabis center has opened next door, and people smoke outside which goes directly into their ventilation system the store smells like weed all the time. So seriously, I don't want any mix up with my medications. So looking for a new pharmacy.

People at the pharmacy I’m not professional at all. You come from a different pharmacy so this pharmacy and they both Walgreens. The location I usually go to was closed and the one on Boylston treated me like I was an outsider, and they never gave me my medication never again.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and find another store that has self-checkout unless you’re shopping for employee attitude.
