Walgreens is a local pharmacy and store that sells everything needed in the neighborhood. Many find the staff to be extremely kind and helpful, with specific crew members noted for being continuously kind, supportive, and not judgmental, which makes for a comfortable shopping experience. This service stands out from local competitors. However, the presence of drug addicts is mentioned as negatively impacting the store's value and the community. Despite this, employees are recognized for handling difficult situations, such as frustrated customers, with grace, manners, and kindness while de-escalating issues, treating people with great care.
Most of clerks were not trained well; lacked the knowledge of the Walgreens pick-up policy and in-store transaction process. Most of promotions were not applied in this store. The store doesn’t honor the promotion. Not a good store for merchandise purchasing.
