This Walgreens is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking in its huge lot. It is an average size location. Experiences at this store vary significantly, with some visits being perfect and others involving a lot of problems. The store often has quick appointments available for services like Covid booster and flu shots. However, customers should expect potentially long waits, sometimes over an hour, even with a scheduled appointment. The pharmacy service can be very quick with a great attitude, but general store service is inconsistent. A major issue is inconsistent staff behavior. Some employees are noted as fast, fabulous, very sweet, patient, funny, caring, attentive, charismatic, and polite. They handle transactions efficiently and make customers feel better. In particular, one person gives shots very well without causing pain. In stark contrast, another person, who claims to be a manager, is repeatedly described as rude, sarcastic, subtly nasty, and not good at his job. This individual is perceived as having a problem with being polite, especially to older people, and is seen as not a good person. Customers report being given a song-and-dance story, sent away without help, and treated as less than people by this staff member. Store conditions can also be an issue, with stock on the shelves sometimes very limited and many items out. This may be temporary during restocking, as totes are often scattered around. Overall, while some dedicated and kind staff make positive experiences, the negative interactions with one particular individual create a very poor and hostile environment for many customers.
Spot NEVER stocked up. Like they don’t got nothing in this store, especially in their skincare section, lotion section, body wash section. The shelves be bare. Pharmacy is good though, never have issues there.
