“I had to hear all the time. The employees are awesome and we know each other by name. The place is always clean and everything is fully stocked. There is plenty of parking out front and I do believe it is handicap accessible. There is no public bathroom here so I’ll go looking for one if you use your app and enter your phone number you get free food after a certain amount of points one time years ago at this location I found a glove inside my Jamaican beef patty, but it had nothing to do with this particular 711 these patties were made at a corporate location somewhere else in the country, but they took my concern very seriously. If there is a sale, the employees will let you know about it multiple times I’ve gone up to the cash register and they told me if you get one more it comes out cheaper. They have gone out of their way to save me money when they can.”
“Stopped by Hemenway Variety and it’s a solid neighborhood convenience store.
It has a bit of everything you’d expect, snacks, drinks, basic groceries, and quick grab-and-go items. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done when you need something fast. The store is compact, so it can feel a little tight inside, especially during busy hours.”

“Update: I had originally dropped off three packages here as a UPS access point on Memorial Day. The packages were tampered with and went missing, prompting my initial one star review. After leaving this review, the owner Aymen reached out personally, investigated the situation, and made it right. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue which I truly appreciate.
That said, I would suggest the store work on staff communication and follow-through, as my interactions with employees during this process were unhelpful and went unresolved for weeks.

“Love this place. It’s pretty much the only thing I miss about Boston after moving out of state. THE CAT!!!!!!! If you’re lucky, the little guy will be there to welcome you. My exams used to keep me at school until my Uber driver was basically saying good morning, so I had the privilege of seeing him every couple of days.
Pro-tip: Their card reader resets around 3 AM daily, so I’d recommend stopping in around 3:05. It was always a blast chatting with the guy on the night shift!”

“Pretty good if you are in a pinch, The owner is a nice guy but he has high prices because it's a privately owned store. But I don't mind paying the extra money because he is a 5 minute from my place and I support small businesses.”
