I have never in the 16 years ive been bring my clothes there have ever had a complaint only thanks for amazing laundry i pick up each and every time. Socks all matched and tees folded like in a dept store :) Thanks WL!!!! Love it

Have used the next day wash and fold service twice while in Boston on holiday with family of five. Very happy with the service, very straightforward with prices and times communicated clearly up front.
