The checkout experience is horrible ! Why do they need a cell phone number to check out ? And the receipts never come as a text ! They frown and whine if we ask for - printed receipt ! And guess what the prices were not accurate once we verified the printed receipt - absolutely shady . If you are reading this review - Ask for a printed receipt !

Agree with other reviewers that the store employees are incredibly inefficient. Many staff moving around the floors, long lines and registers barely staffed. Line on 2nd floor for exchanges about 12 people long with one cashier. I was sent up there from downstairs by 2 cashiers in a purchases only line who were by their registers with no line. Check out person on 2nd floor saw the growing line and only seemed to slow down rather then requesting help. Multiple experiences with the cashier & dressing room line is why I've never bought anything at this location, have only returned online purchases.

I came into the store today. As I was leaving the store there was a security guard standing at the door. I asked the security guard if he knew what direction to get to another store we were looking for. The security guard didn’t answer me he just stared at me bewildered looking. It occurred to me he may not speak English. I asked him if he spoke English. I don’t know when that became politically incorrect, but a blonde woman from the other side of the store literally started screaming at me saying I was rude. I’m not sure if the woman was an employee or a customer, but either way I will NEVER return to this location. There was staff that overheard and did NOTHING. I walked out with a mother and daughter that overheard the interaction and reassured me in no way was I rude. Because I honestly questioned myself afterwards, that’s how upset I was being screamed at in a public place by a complete stranger that had absolutely nothing to do with my interaction. I’m not political, but with what’s going on in the world today I asked my friend if I came across rudely and she assured me I wasn’t and she also felt that the security guard seemed confused when because he was looking at me confused. From today on I will only purchase online or at other locations. I love Zara clothing, but if that was an employee of this store I will not allow myself to be subjected to that type of verbal abuse in a public place.

Love their clothing but customer service gets worse every time. Going to shop online from now on instead of interacting with horrific customer service.

They sent my friend the wrong item, and made the return process so difficult for customer. Took us an hour to finish the return. Customer service is horrible at this location…
