Waited an hour just for the technician to say they couldn’t solve the problem and this is my second visit here for this problem the first time some “technician” said a new phone would be sent to me nothing ever came of that

Appalling Apple Store visit. Staff were flat-out insolent—eye-rolls, derisive smirks, and glib nonanswers. Stonewalled for basic help and treated like a nuisance. Churlish, chaotic, contemptuous; service culture is DOA. Never again.

I had a disheartening experience with Apple. I came in in hopes to get a lost case replaced which was under warranty, and not only was I sent to two very dismissive employees of accompanying me and replacing the lost item— which was a doable process, they prompted me to buy a whole new $200+ pair which was not in my best interest. I would stay clear and far away from this location at all costs to prevent yourself from wasting delicate time. Such a disappointment, but then again, it’s Braintree Mall.

C- for this location. We were in there today to get an Apple Pencil for my daughter’s iPad. They sold us a version of the Apple pencil that is not compatible with her device. We literally brought the iPad with us to be sure and was told it would absolutely work. Total waste of time. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with the Braintree location and will not make the mistake of shopping here again.

Laptop repair. The store has to of the line electronics and devices. This store is always busy. So we had to wait almost an hour before see a representative. We had to pay some out of pocket, but it was worth it.

I had a disappointing experience with the manager, V. When I stopped to ask a quick question, he responded in a dismissive tone, saying he was “kinda busy right now,” and walked past me without offering any assistance. As a manager, I would have expected a more professional and respectful approach. The interaction left me feeling disregarded, which was surprising and unfortunate.

Ed, Malak, Noel, V, Emraan, and the entire staff at the store went above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue with my new phone. After several hours of back and forth with Verizon we were able to get my phone up and activated!

Just great nations fall, this apple brand, starting with Braintree Store will fall. The team is arrogant, self righteous, appalling. I regret ever having an apple gadget. I will slowly move to Samsung

I would give 0 stars if that was an option....I went to Apple Store with high hopes to resolve an issue that suddenly encountered after and automate update on my daughter's iPhone 15, the touch screen suddenly became unresponsive, followed by the charging port not taking charge. Apparently, this is a known issue which the assigned phone technician was unaware of. Furthermore, at first visit I was told that if phone was charged then a phone restore could be done. I left the store, went home and attempted to charge the phone then BOOM it charged. I charged the battery to approximately 75% then when back to Apple. Unfortunately, the same technician was assigned (Sam@Braintree Mall) and from start he nicely advise me that there is nothing he can do because the touch screen is not working... Keep in mind that is not what he advised me the day before. In fact, I felt that he did not what to provide any support to me as being a valued costumer of the iPhone community. After some frustration on my behalf, I have suggested that he perform a factory restore on the phone (since I believe the phone got corrupted after the automate update). I even request another technician because it did seem like Sam was trying his best to assist me. only then he agreed and appeared to attempt to do the restore. All awhile I'm thinking why was this not suggested by him (Sam) try and restore the phone. Instead, Sam kept on suggesting that I buy a replacement phone at $549. I am leaving so other details out so shorten this unfortunate experience; However, I left disappointed, feeling the assigned tech did not do his best to assist with this known issue with Apple devices. In addition, I'd like others to be aware of this issue and hope you are assigned a technician who is more knowledgeable about the issue and can better assist you rather that suggesting you buy a new phone as their top and best option.

I had an amazing experience trading in my iphone 14 pro for an Iphone 16 Plus. I spoke to Emily at the Apple store in South Shore Mall and she was so nice, courteous and patient. She took her time in explaining the whole process and taking me through the steps. Thank you Emily...you are an asset to the Apple team.

I dropped my phone one too many times and broke it. I went to Apple in the mall and the customer service employee were very helpful. They set up my new phone and made sure everything was working!!

Had a great experience at this Apple Store today! All the staff were very helpful and attentive. It took me a long time to have the data from my old phone transferred to my new one, big shoutout to Brandon who was very kind and patient throughout the whole process!

Amina was incredibly kind and helpful. She was so patient with me while I debated which color computer to purchase and happily answered all of my questions. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an Apple store!
