“I recently had work done on my Toyota after a car accident and was recommended this place from a family member. Now I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Eric is great at what he does and he’s a pleasure to work with. Fast, affordable and great customer service. Highly recommend!”
“I can't say enough good things about them. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and respect. The team went above and beyond to help me and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and easy.
Not only did they do a great job on the repair, but they also took the time to explain everything and kept me in the loop, ensuring I felt comfortable.
If you're looking for an auto body shop that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile, this is the place to go.”
“You can get pretty much anything you need to do body work the only downfall is you need to have a credit card or a check the only place I have ever been that does not take cash”
“I have come here twice, and both times they have done an exceptional job! I brought my 2013 Honda civic after some front end damage and after repairs it honestly looked brand new I was very satisfied with the great work done.
The next vehicle I brought was my Chevy trailblazer. This one had rear end and right rear quarter panel damage. After some time, once again a wonderful job done!
They are very easy to work with there and they definitely do their best, they’re transparent and answer any questions you have. Highly recommend for anyone who needs service done!”
“I had a bumper replaced at Braintree Auto Body via insurance referral and got my car back brand new! I can’t believe how great the color is matched, you’d never guess it was a new one. Great communication, quick and easy to deal with.”
“We bought a new car and someone at my husband’s work accidentally bumped into the door and scratched it shortly after purchase.
After a frustrating day of getting repair estimates — one shop even quoted us over $1,500— I walked into Car Craft Auto Body in Braintree and was blown away by the difference. The technician took one look at my door, applied a little cleaner and oil, and the “dent” disappeared right in front of me — no charge, no upsell, just honest, skilled service. The scratch was much more superficial than it looked.
The transparency and integrity this shop showed me in under an hour earned them a customer for life, and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for an auto body shop they can actually trust”

Erin was very responsive and helpful every step of the way in answering our questions, coordinating with insurance etc. The whole process was very smooth from initial contact to pickup. We'd absolutely bring our cars here in the future for any body repair needs! thank you!”
