I called this store to see if they had a pair of shoes available and this employee Pedro found them and held them for me went to the store and all the employees were helpful went above and beyond I needed a pair of shoes for a memorial this weekend. Thank you again for your assistance.

I love DSW but had a bad experience couple weeks ago where an employee ask my little one to turn off the mickey push christmas son, the way she said it was no pleasant, I left the store. We did not see another employee to complain, that employee work on the women shoes aisle, hair waves at the end of the shoulder. Did not make sense the store music was loud and very hot that could stand a simple a sweater.

On Sunday September 24th, 2023 at about 5 PM I went to DSW to try on a pair of shoes that I really enjoyed. I don't go shopping often and was wondering if there were possible discounts on display models that were creased because it was the only one out in my size. These shoe did not look like they were in completely new condition. Therefore, I went to ask an employee this question.I walked toward the employee and said "Hello" while making eye contact with her. This employee was holding many store bags and placing shoes properly and at first did not seem to acknowledge I was asking her a question, instead she chose to look in the far distance somewhat in my direction. I just started asking my question even though I did not seem to get her full attention.As I was asking her this question, she looked at me as if I was the dumbest person on earth and kept rolling her eyes as she seemed baffled that anyone would ask this question. I wasn't sure if she had a bad day which was why she chose to give me mean facial expressions. As she replied to tell me that people try on all the shoes in the store and that is not something to get a discount for, she kept rolling her eyes. I told her "Great, thanks" and tried to walk away as I was just going to get in line to purchase the shoes but she continued to talk behind my back and to lecture me, "This isn't like buying a car"As I was already put off by her attitude and her responses, I told I was sorry that I asked a stupid question and I was just trying to apply the same logic that I experienced with other display models. I didn't even get to mention that the display model was creased because I was so shocked at her attitude. She continued to lecture me and it honestly ruined my day and I decided not to purchase shoes from your store. In addition, in other countries it is more common for a discount to be applied to display models for apparel items (Singapore, for example).I just wanted to inform you guys of this employee and hope that it gets communicated that although she may have had a bad day or something, it was not alright to put a bad experience on a customer by making them feel stupid. There are gentler ways of communicating and first response was enough without all the attitude.

Made an order online. Paid and received a mail for pickup. When I arrived at store for pickup, it says I owed more money even though I already made the full payment online. When I tried to pay the additional money, their system is not allowing me to do it. According to the manager, they are using Afterpay and it closes at 5 so they can’t take the payment and I will have to come back the next pay to pay the difference(6$). Seem like DSW need to organize their internal system better. What a disappointment.
