I am a sneakerhead and I am at basically 50,000 subscribers on YouTube. I love the sneaker game so places like this is like heaven on Earth to me. I was helped out quickly and the customer service was good but could've been better. But I used to work at a sneaker store before so I know what comes with it and exhaustion happens a lot. Like all stores, there is a large assortment of shoes of various brands and clothing. Possibility to also find clothing for the two sports teams of the city of Boston. You can also find hats and caps.

Weird environment. We were recording content for our own social media, and we were told not to record in a “private place” yet the mall is a public place. Very unprofessional on the approach, and hostile. Lost my business for sure

Worst customer service. Asked for a size, a staff went inside and came out and put the floor model away and say nothing. I went over to ask and was told “we don’t have it” … so when was he going to tell me? Will not return.

It's depends on. Who's working I go there all the time normally there pretty good but one day I ask from a size 11 1/2 but they said they didn't have half sizes which I knew was a lie because I've gotten them there before

Poor management, poor Store Manager , poor administration and poor customer service! You know who’s this and whats this complaint is about, fake advertisement and refused to sell the shoes for the price displayed ! We will see who’s going to win the in court , just wait for me …..
