Alex at the Braintree store was super helpful & knowledgeable. My husband tried on a pair of the Hoda sneakers. They don't have his size/ width. So, we order them online. I put a four star, only because I wasn't able to use my $20 coupon for the sneakers. Thanks again for your help

Tae and Nani were SO helpful with a confusing return situation. They were patient, extremely kind, and thorough while correcting the discrepancy. I definitely recommend coming to this location for all of your sneaker needs!
