Visited the shoe department at Macys today. Had a phenomenal experience . I came in close to closing unintentionally. Marullous was attentive, helpful, and patient ! Jewelry department was very helpful . I bought my diamond and necklace chain was very reasonable price . Tahmina she was able to give me best price I am very glad I didn’t shop other places . I will shop again . Customer service was on point.I love my perfume purchase also with Lily from Channel .Got lots of compliments.

I loved Macy's as a kid but later moved on to SaksFifthAvenue, Nordstrom etc but I still go to Macy's here and there. The reason I can't give this location 4/5 stars is the simple fact that you can't peacefully shop here. I rather do macysdotcom because the retail associates all snag you so they can make a sale. The black lady with a hijab by the mens Ralph Lauren area who refused to give me her name had some serious problems. She was not only rude, but she was racist and mocking my language. She wouldn’t give me her name but the employee number 71373330 on the receipt I have. She should ABSOLUTELY not be working a customer service position with such low quality behavior. Please go home if you hate your job so much. I am appalled by this disgusting behavior. I will be reporting to corporate.

I shop ON-LINE. Almost like "IF YOU CAN THINK IT, IT WILL BE DELIVERED".
I just check out the Macy's Web Site to find what options are available. I place the order and it is delivered to my address within a few days. It's almost too easy,
I don't carry huge bundles around a maze of undesicive people bumping into each other.
