“Glad I made the decision to drive further (from Weymouth) for a better-rated Quest lab. Check-in on the kiosk was quick and easy. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful.
I wanted to get a blood type test in addition to my provider-ordered urine test, and Luz was helpful in directing me to the website for purchase.
The blood draw was successful on the first attempt and relatively painless. (I am still scarred from a previous bad blood draw experience when I lived out of state.) She was thorough and even noticed that I was bleeding through my gauze before I even took note and kindly gave me a second one.
Don't let the dingy, low-lighting of the waiting room deter you; this was a great lab experience.”

“easy! I made the apointment on my phone. I changed my mind and switched locations. I showed up and checked in ith the automated process. Blood draw was seamless and no issues. What else can be sad but perfect. Right?
Edit: I went to another location and they had a receptionist. however, i was refused at another location first. She said I needed to make an appointment on line. It made sense as there were 5 people in the waiting room. So I reccomend making an apointment cuz they are busy. The location I went to did not have a receptionist. People, we have to get used to this practice as its the future. Yes they do need improvement with phone communication, as well as the online account set up as trie thre time and was not able to. The site said I was not recognized.”
“The phlebotomists were wonderful! Professional and very skilled at painless needle pricks. I don't know if I'd visit this location again as the waiting room was filled with people waiting for drug tests and I felt very uncomfortable.”
“I thought it would be busy based off the bad reviews, so I made an appointment on a Friday for next week. If you keep going back to check you'll see cancellations. I was able to edit my appointment for the next day instead for 810. The 8am was nowhere, so I was seen first after logging into the kiosk at 8am and by 810 I was in the car to leave. There was 1 attempted walk in before me for a urine test, but they don't do that here. Then there was only 1 walk-in after me in the room when I left.
I think if I had done a walk-in that would have been fine as well since I came at opening. Remember to upload your insurance information online if you make an appointment, it would make check-in a lot faster. I think its a solid place to go.”
“I’ve seen 3 different doctors here over for the past 10 years and they’ve all been exceptional including their entire care team and staff.Dr. Diaz, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Driscoll as well as all the front desk staff and their lab staff have been amazingly kind and helpful and take their time to explain things to make sure you understand and I was also pleasantly surprised with their follow up calls to explain lab results that were taken elsewhere.Nothing but good things to say.”
“I got my blood drawn here and it was the best experience I’ve had. Super quick in and out since I had an appointment. All of the ladies were sweet, but I was super lucky to get Natasha! Usually it takes multiple attempts to get blood from me since I’m a tough stick, but Natasha sat me down and was successful in literally seconds! Didn’t even feel it! Will definitely be coming back for future blood draws.”

“Janice was so amazing. I came in for a walk in and she was able to get me right in and knock it out in a matter of 10 minutes. Not to mention the needle didn’t even hurt! You can tell she’s done this quite a bit. Can’t thank you enough for making this the easiest thing on my to do list today!”
