2/08/24 purchased a new Maytag top loader washer and gas dryer from NE Appliance. The salesman (Murray) was patient and very knowledgeable about all the various brands and options available with each set and models in the showroom. I was unsure of what brand to purchase other than I knew I wanted to go back to a top loader. AJ (shipping) arranged seamless delivery. John and Jimbo completed the delivery with amazing customer service and care of our home. The removal of old was quite challenging and they handled it very well and we are beyond thankful for the entire process. I whole heartedly recommend NE Appliance, Braintree

Experience with the store, product and sales people were fine. But BUYER BEWARE of the plumber they recommend and hand out business cards for. Scott McPherson BUTCHERED my cabinetry and hardwood floors and chipped my counters trying to jam in an oven that didn't quite fit. Instead of giving me an opportunity to make a decision to have a professional cut down a portion of the toe kick, he completely butchered my hardwood floors and toe kick portion of the cabinets when I was not present. He also told me "good luck ever getting this out" since it was shoved in so tightly. NE Appliance doesn't employ McPherson so completely washes their hands once they pawn this person off on you. I was absolutely shocked at what happened, I paid him to get him out and wish I hadn't - my mistake that I have to live with. Lesson learned. See attached pictures and learn from my mistake - use your own plumber that you trust, and never panic and pay someone when something like this happens no matter how pressured you feel. He came off as a very nice person, however did not acknowledge the chip or the floor when I asked about it. He gave some "ideas" on how I could fix the toe kick. All of this is more stress, time and money and never should have happened. I'm sure NE appliance will have a reply about how this isn't their issue, but I wanted the reader to know about their suggested plumber for delivery and install regardless because its all part of the experience and it doesn't need to happen to anyone else!

We had the best experience with New England Appliance and More. From ordering with Beth to delivery with Andrew and Mike the process was seamless. Beth was patient and took all our info over the phone and then Tom took the order. It was so easy and pleasant. Andrew and Mike were the best delivery guys you could ask for. So friendly, professional and efficient. We highly recommend using New England Appliance and More for any and all your appliance needs.

In assisting our daughter, who lives out-of-state, to replace the washing machine in her condo we reached out to Justin at New England Appliance. The service was exceptional, from everyone who handled the measuring, purchase and installation. They truly went above and beyond and we would not hesitate use them again in the future.

I've bought from here numerous times for rental properties and my own home alike. They are always reasonable and pleasant to work with. So much so that they let me return a stove a month+ later (didn't use it, but didn't like the look aesthetically) with no questions asked regardless of their return policy. I did purchase another one slightly more expensive, so maybe that helped, but still, they could've denied me. I look forward to purchasing more products from them in the future.

EDIT - Revised my review after a call from Beth, she was fantastic. I had been unhappy with their 3rd party install team and she was able to respond immediately to resolve it to my wife and I's satisfaction.The fridge runs great, the sales experience was easy, 100% would come back now.

The New England Appliance staff exceeded my expectations. I walked in at 7:30 am a few days before Christmas and a nice woman greeted me and assisted me until Tom the salesman arrived he assisted me with my purchase promptly as I had a short amount of time to get to work that morning. And Then I got the call that I will get my Refrigerator before Christmas. Thank you all so much for a great experience buying experience. From the sale to the delivery you did not disappoint.

We needed a new fridge and have very narrow stairs and doorways because we live in an old house. We tried ordering from Lowe's *twice* and their delivery people refused to even try to get the new fridge up the stairs both times, plus we had to go through the whole impersonal customer service phone tree each time to even speak to a real person. New England Appliance had a real person on the phone immediately who solved our problem, ordered a fridge that would fit, and the delivery people were prompt, professional, and succeeded at getting our new fridge installed ASAP. Highly recommend!!

Just wanted to say I had a incredible experience with you guys. From sales to delivery. The two guys you sent John and Jim were amazing and extremely helpful with my elderly mother. They did the delivery fast and efficient I couldn't believe it. Was worried at first because the fridge was big and my door ways are pretty narrow. John took it apart down to the last screw on a 100 degree day I felt so bad but he got it in and I was very impressed. I'll never shop at big box stores again. They even helped my mother who is 86 sweep and clean behind the fridge after they pulled the old one out. Thank you new england appliance!!!! We will definitely be back and I'll be telling my family and friends about the wonderful experience I had with you guys. Hard to find stores that take their job serious these days. These people are pros and care about the customer which is a HUGE plus! Keep up the good work and Thank you again!! 5 stars!!!!! ?

This review was five stars until my most recent purchase from NEA. So far we've purchased two washing machines, a dryer, and a refrigerator here, and our experience with the first three were great. I felt like the salespeople we've spoken to have always been very knowledgeable and have never tried to upsell us for a bigger commission. Until our most recent purchase, I felt that the follow-up customer care was also great. When our washer purchased in 2019 wasn't leveled correctly, NEA found someone to come fix it. When our dryer stopped working, the salesperson helped me diagnose a blocked vent duct over the phone. Recently, I purchased a top freezer, bottom refrigerator after my fancier side-by-side (purchased at Lowes, long story there) burnt its compressor after three years. The salesperson I worked with really helped us find a refrigerator that maximized our space and even had a water line...BUT he failed to mention that all refrigerators of its kind ship with their doors opening a certain way AND that the doors must be swapped before delivery. This being the second refrigerator I've purchased in my lifetime, and the first that didn't have the teeny side-by-side doors, I didn't think to ask about swapping the hinges. When delivery day came, the deliverymen didn't even level the fridge, leaving it sitting at an angle from side-to-side. Once they left, I discovered that I couldn't open the door all the way because it hit the kitchen island. Because of this I can't even open one of the produce drawers all the way or move the shelves. Apparently I trusted the salesperson a little too much, because this is now my problem to fix at my expense. NEA wants $160 to have this fixed, even though the salesperson admitted over the phone that he should have checked at the point of sale about the door hinge. I'm moderately handy, but I simply don't have time to do this somewhat involved project and the instructions from the manufacturer are terrible. Not to mention, I need the $160 to pay for the food to fill this fridge, with food prices being what they are.New England Appliance should change their tagline to "Our mistakes are your problem."

Can not express enough how amazing John and Jim were that delivered our fridge to the second floor today. I live in a 100 yr old house in Dorchester which didn’t make it easy to manuveur around corners and doorways. They made it happen and were so efficient! Worth every penny for the delivery fee! I had nothing but problems with Lowes And still had no fridge after three attempted deliveries only for them to ring bell and drive off.
