“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”

“I can not say enough good things about Paws in Play!! I've been taking my pup here for 7 years now and she absolutely loves it. Whether it's for a day of daycare or boarding, I know that she is well taken care of. Jess and Dave do a great job running this place and keeping things safe for all the dogs that walk through their door. They love each dog like they were their own!! The facebook page and snapchat accounts post pictures and videos of all the dogs having a great time whether its inside or out in the yards. I could not ask for a better place or better people to leave my little girl with while i'm at work or away.”

“This was our first time trying Dog Eat Cake as our local “barkery” closed. It did not disappoint! We drove an hour to pick up Max’s cake and it was totally worth it. The design was fun and unique (not your typical bone shape with minimal details). The cake was airy and moist. Max and his brother Leo loved it. It’s the best dog cake we have ever gotten! Dog Eat Cake will be our go to for both our pups!”
“On our way to Quincy we stopped by this pet store. I have never seen a small local store take care of their animals they were here. Everything was clean fresh fresh vegetables in water, and all the animals seems really happy. Also the workers there are very humble and pleasant. For local small businesses I hope this place thrives and its worth stopping in for sure. I was quite taken back.”

“Love this place!! My dog has been going to No Bones for over 3yrs and just loves it. Some reviews are disappointing because I've had nothing but a great experience with them. My LabX goes home tired every day, the staff is awesome walking them at least 4x a day and it shows. Some would say it's small but I've been to a few other daycare in the area and not much of a difference, plus you're able to see them in the open not hidden!! They definitely go above & beyond making beds for them every day making them happy and content!”

Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly and clearly loves animals. I love the community bins at the front - it's so great to be able to pass on and "borrow" pet items when needed.”

Their nails are trimmed and blunted, teeth brushed, bathed and brushed and glands expressed. both of them look lie super stars. “Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”
“Such a cute place to get treats for your pup! I stopped here on our last day in Boston to grab some goodies for my goodest boy and was overwhelmed by all the CUTENESS! ? Prices are reasonable and I love that they use paper bags (makes it a little more fun to carry around).”
“I’m always ready to try new treats for my beloved boxer, Tito. Unfortunately a lot of commercial dog treats are from another country or have ingredients I can’t even pronounce. Not only are 2 Dogs Treats made locally, but there’s only ONE ingredient in all of their treats. And even better, Tito is obsessed! No more looking for the next best treats. I already found them. “I have been bringing my Boxer, Ziggy, to Tails almost 5 days a week for the past 4+ years. The kind and patient staff that work there are incredible with every dog I see them interact with. They clearly build individual relationships with with each pup and understand how to manage individual needs and behaviors. They are responsive to my questions and thorough with vaccine checks. They have even helped me care for Ziggy through tough times post-surgery and addressed behavioral challenges thoughtfully. They are so caring and focused with Ziggy, I have complete and total trust in them when I leave town. I have boarded him for extended stays (up to 2 weeks) at both the JP and Dedham locations and he always comes home cared for, clean, and happy (not to mention, exhausted). Tails truly feels like family to Ziggy. We'd be lost without them.”
