“The staff at this Pet Smart are so helpful! I need specific prescription food for my pup, and called in advance to make sure they had it on hand. The employee went to check for me to confirm. Then when I got to the store, an employee saw that I looked lost, and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me find the food. So appreciate friendly helpful employees!”

“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”
“Pooped Pooch saved the day. Open on a Sunday afternoon, plenty of parking, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I left with a healthier and more nutritious bag of kibble than our regular brand, and our 70lb girl Sophie loves it. Even with a few extra treats added on, my total came out to just around $30. Thank you!”
“Got a beautiful budgie there. It was worth the 45min drive from Burlington. The birds are well cared for and you can tell the owners treat them with love. They are kept in small groups in spacious cages in a dedicated room, not like the big box stores where there's 20 budgies together and where it's hard to tell if they are healthy. The birds at Pet world looked happy and alert. The store has lots of character with a wide variety of creatures, a really lovely place. Would highly recommend it!”

“Love this place!! My dog has been going to No Bones for over 3yrs and just loves it. Some reviews are disappointing because I've had nothing but a great experience with them. My LabX goes home tired every day, the staff is awesome walking them at least 4x a day and it shows. Some would say it's small but I've been to a few other daycare in the area and not much of a difference, plus you're able to see them in the open not hidden!! They definitely go above & beyond making beds for them every day making them happy and content!”
“This was our first time trying Dog Eat Cake as our local “barkery” closed. It did not disappoint! We drove an hour to pick up Max’s cake and it was totally worth it. The design was fun and unique (not your typical bone shape with minimal details). The cake was airy and moist. Max and his brother Leo loved it. It’s the best dog cake we have ever gotten! Dog Eat Cake will be our go to for both our pups!”

Danielle opened the store early for us so Finn could have the store to himself, we all had an amazing experience! She was incredibly respectful of his space and his disabilities, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

Their nails are trimmed and blunted, teeth brushed, bathed and brushed and glands expressed. both of them look lie super stars. Most importantly, they were in good spirits when we came to pick them up, as nina treated them with such care! Thank you so much!”

I had no chickens then started with 6 and now we have a flock of 14 lol.. without their help I don't think I would have known what to do. “I’m always ready to try new treats for my beloved boxer, Tito. Unfortunately a lot of commercial dog treats are from another country or have ingredients I can’t even pronounce. Not only are 2 Dogs Treats made locally, but there’s only ONE ingredient in all of their treats. And even better, Tito is obsessed! No more looking for the next best treats. I already found them. Thank you!!”
“The best pet store! I used to go to loyal companion before they closed and only Pooped Pooch carried the things I wanted. They are extremely helpful and will get you whatever you need. I recently switched stores because I moved (Savin hill to Asmont) and they made sure to have what I used to order in both stores. They also have deals on certain brands of dog food. Toy organization could be better. 10/10!”

“As always we had a wonderful experience at the Petco Grooming Salon in Hingham! Emily is Thor’s groomer (our 5 year old Great Pyrenees) and she always does a fantastic & beautiful job with him! Emily has been Thor’s groomer for his whole life! The grooming staff couldn’t be friendlier to us and they all show so much love and kindness towards Thor as well! We love going here and Thor looks forward to his monthly grooming with Emily and the hugs and attention that he receives from the grooming staff! Thank you, ladies for a great experience once again! “I have been bringing my Boxer, Ziggy, to Tails almost 5 days a week for the past 4+ years. The kind and patient staff that work there are incredible with every dog I see them interact with. They clearly build individual relationships with with each pup and understand how to manage individual needs and behaviors. They are responsive to my questions and thorough with vaccine checks. They have even helped me care for Ziggy through tough times post-surgery and addressed behavioral challenges thoughtfully. They are so caring and focused with Ziggy, I have complete and total trust in them when I leave town. I have boarded him for extended stays (up to 2 weeks) at both the JP and Dedham locations and he always comes home cared for, clean, and happy (not to mention, exhausted). Tails truly feels like family to Ziggy. We'd be lost without them.”
“This is such a wonderful shelter. First of all, it is clean! There is no smell. Second, the cats roam free in this big room with windows to the outside and transparent walls to the inside. You would expect all the cats to run to the door when you walk in, begging to be brought home. But instead, they were all very content, lounging in their own cat tree beds and looking out the window. You can tell they are well fed, played with, and cared for. My cat that I adopted had to have his own room, but he got a lot of attention from volunteers who hung out and played with him to make sure he wasn't lonely. They sent us home with a bag of his favorite toys and some food. My poor cat spent 2 months in the shelter before we found him, but I'm SO glad it was this shelter, because he was very well-loved.”
