Lines out the door every day. Need more staff. I have been in line for a Half hr for 1 stamp! Horrible reviews. Not just me!

I will never go back to this place. Told them I was there for a passport appointment. Told me to wait in the corner. After 50 minutes of waiting I told them I had an appointment at 10…Guy said to me “now you have to reschedule you are too late.” Talk about a waste of tax paying money. Wow.
