“I came in with some questions most adults should know. I walked in anxious as always, but then was happily greeted by Alisha who put me right at ease with the bubbly professional vibe. She allowed me to ask questions, get answers and also gave me some helpful tips!! Alisha made it so I didn’t cry in the car after that interaction. You ever get so stressed you just shed 5 tears in the car and then scream sing some Adele for a verse or two? That’s happened to me at the Dedham location 8 years ago. Anyways, thank you for having Alisha there when I needed help from my local US Post Office hero.

“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”

“My family and I went in to get passports because the office in West Roxbury has to cancel our appointment last minute. There was only one woman at the desk and she was the most helpful and kind human being. She took care of everyone’s needs that walked into that office. I wish I could remember her name, I believe it started with an R. Great customer service. It was my first time there and I would go there over the West Roxbury service any day!”

“I can’t say enough about the professional service we received today. We came in after the Milton office was unable to process our passport application because their “camera wasn’t working”. Although we didn’t have an appointment, the employee at the front desk kindly spoke with the passport agent, Shakeil, who was happy to help us.
Shakeil carefully reviewed all of the documents for our newborn, took the passport photo, and made sure everything was in order. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. We truly appreciated the team’s willingness to accommodate us and their exceptional customer service. Small post office, but huge in service.
I wanted a small post office box. There were 2 available to choose from.
The 2nd option was close to my birth date. The clerk inquired if my birth date was available, it looked unused. The postmaster was consulted and I was told to return, if I could wait, for proper clearance protocol.
Well, I was called within 1 - 2 hours by a site clerk to let me know I could return today to get my birth date box. 🌄
I was made to feel very special. 😊

“The guy that helped me out was extremely helpful and patient with everyone I saw on line. It's crazy to me that they'd hire someone for a government job that can only half a day a week and they seemed incredibly understaffed. Its only because the higher ups won't hire proper staff for him. It's crazy what even the government gets away with. I hope he gets more staff soon that doesn't work on a selfish timeline. hopefully someone will see all these horrible reviews about her and they'll finally get the hint. Time for a staffing change.”
“Well I had my first Christmas with returns! I was completely dreading going through the process of mailing things back. Some of my items were not free to return so now I had to pay $20 for not keeping items! So this I found a little frustrating, but made my way to the post office. I had received 3 items but with 2 different shipments. I wasn’t sure how this worked. Jose was working and immediately walked me through the whole process. I came with only 1 box and he informed me I needed to return in 2 boxes. I figured I would be now buying a box and spending $20 for the return. Nope! Jose said I actually have a box here you can use and I can also offer you some tape that someone had left behind. He demonstrated how to fold the labels on their pouches and did all of this with a super friendly disposition!! I know if he wasn’t working, I would have probably drove home to get a “free” box and tape and returned. Thank you Jose for your help! You do your job with such kindness and it is much appreciated!!”
“Favorite location in Quincy! They are always so nice and helpful. I had to drop off wedding invitations recently and they were extremely patient - helped me make sure everything was done correctly. When I say patient, I mean they really took their time and went above and beyond with customer service.”

“Mark was an extremely competent and efficient USPS employee. I watched as he expertly navigated a busy lunchtime rush, assisting customers with passport applications, mail orders, and my postal stamp purchase. He directed customers who needed to fill out forms to do so on the side while he simultaneously helped other customers, quickly processing the long lunchtime line. He was professional and kind. “They do not print they only accept qr code even if you have shipping label downloaded as I have to go to library and print shipping label and things are always expensive as everywhere in Ma, well good experience just drop you pakage by packaging yourself and do not for get to have qr code of your label”
