I will never go back to this place. Told them I was there for a passport appointment. Told me to wait in the corner. After 50 minutes of waiting I told them I had an appointment at 10…Guy said to me “now you have to reschedule you are too late.” Talk about a waste of tax paying money. Wow.

I was there on a Saturday and the 2 people working there were incredibly rude to me and the people that were in line in front of me.
They were miserable to interact with. I had to get one of their names to report it. Her name was Drina.
I would go to any other location before having to do business these people.

REFUSED to deliver my mail, ALL packages were returned to sender. THREATENED ME by writing on my packages. Refused to do their job dropping off a couple bubble mailers, they contain sports cards, expensive ones. Withholding my mail, refusing contact. I expect to hear from you soon, this is a federal offense. Tampering with mail, is a federal offense.

The Lady who was helping me with my son passport application told my son on a sarcastic tone to go back to where he comes from holding his birth certificate issued on the same town she was working. The worst was her coworker laughed. Honestly I give one start because 0 wasn't a option. Please get real people. If you not up to the work you do please make some space.

The Indian woman who works here is incredibly rude. She should be spoken to at the minimum, and I see I’m not the only person who feels this way.
This is the second time that a package of mine has been sent from this address and something happened to it.
This time, thankfully, it was just late getting there.
I came in today to request a refund because I paid $30.75 to have my grandma’s birthday gift show up on her birthday and then it did not show up for another three days .
They were able to follow the tracking number and we’re going to give me a refund, but the guy that was in front of me serving me said that he had no money to give me the refund so I should just wait around until someone paid with money. I had already been there for 15 to 20 minutes and I wasn’t going to just wait around indefinitely for cash exchange.
I asked the Indian woman next to him if she had money to give me because I didn’t want to wait around and that was kind of a silly thing to ask ask a customer.
She was very gruff with her movements and seemed totally annoyed. She also said things that were really confusing like at one point she told me “all refunds are final. “ and I said “the packages already been delivered very late. It’s final. I would understand that.”
And then she started reprimanding me about how the package being late is a sad thing, but it’s really not their fault. It was really confusing because it is their fault, and she’s about to give me a refund. It made no sense.
Then she handed me the refund, and said “it’s not euros.” I chuckled, thinking she was attempting to make a joke. Maybe she’s new. She doesn’t speak very good English. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe I just wasn’t understanding her properly. I mean, we are in the United States of America, so of course it’s not euros. Why the hell would it be euros or any other foreign currency?!
“ it’s not a joke” she yelled at me. “This isn’t funny.”
Something is wrong with that woman. She is not a nice lady. I hope someone speaks to her.

The nastiest people. Not one employee around when I walk in. I say “hello” (not rudely) several times over several minutes. I can hear them talking in the back. Finally I say it louder and someone comes out looking confused at my presence so I ask if they’re open. I get a nasty response about them being open if the window/gate isn’t shut. I said ok there was no one here. I don’t know.
I then take out my phone to send a text while she’s handling my change of address and she goes “NO PHOTOS IN A GOVERNMENT BUILDING” lady I’m sending a TEXT. I literally had to show her. These are the nastiest, stupidest, people.

If I could not even one start this place deserve, so unpleasant to come here, starting for that Indian woman that works here. She is extremely rude, I’m wondering why she is not fired, if you don’t like the job you do go and find different one, for sure I won’t never come back here, and please if you don’t want your mood being ruined by hostility don’t come to this place.

I would give a zero if I could.I hate coming here every time I sell something. Everytime I come to drop off packages, they give me attitude, they pretend to be busy to ignore me, give me cold looks, and make things difficult with their words.Terrible service!!!!

It all depends on WHO the clerk is if you wish to receive a pleasant experience here. And the best clerk is by far the one who doesn't talk back. Its name is the "Self-Service Station": consistent experience every time, doesn't give you an attitude, doesn't malfunction, doesn't blurt out insensitive comments like the other clerks at this location do, and most importantly...no line

Do not go here to ship international packages. They do not know how to ship them even though they are supposed to be trained in this. Go to the one in Quincy instead.
