The staff at the post office were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed no willingness to help customers and spoke in a very hostile and unpleasant way. So sad!!!

I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this location. Customer service needs significant improvement. I hope Amy reflects on her behavior and that management begins to adequately address the consistent pattern of rude behavior noted in multiple reviews.

The staff there has always been cordial and helpful and even with the long lines that happen from time to time, they are ready to help you out asap.
