Do not go here to ship international packages. They do not know how to ship them even though they are supposed to be trained in this. Go to the one in Quincy instead.

The white lady in the left side of the front desk is VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. She keep saying random things that kind assault customers. She is also being very unhelpful, she doesn’t know what she is doing. This is a very unpleasant experience.

The long and the short of it is - don't come here. I saw the 2 star but thought 'it's a USPS, how bad could it be if I'm just dropping stuff off?', probably should have read the comments as well because they hit every nail on the head. The white lady working here is completely intolerable, she is unhelpful when it comes to questions, wasted my time by making me go and come back when the issue could've been resolved immediately given another 2 minutes, and outright thinks the worst of the customer. You can be the most patient, kindest, respectful customer and she will not return the favor, ie how she treated the person behind me as I was leaving. Another lady ended up helping me and she was very kind, but for the first experience alone I would not recommend coming to this store. Travel the extra mile if you need to, it's just not worth the time and effort or your mental health coming here.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the lady in the front desk on the right side, she is saying very inappropriate words in my opinion. Not only rude, but makes me feels I should know much better than her to be there, so she do not have to explain.Not everyone have things ready in a perfect form. And they don’t even have things prepared nicely and documented like other usps.

hate coming here every time i sell something. i went in to ship a vinyl i had sold and I asked the woman if she could please put a “fragile” sticker on it. she refused to do it after i clarified that it was a vinyl and that it would get damaged. a few days later i find out the buyer got the vinyl in the mail and it was damaged. i hate this place

I have always found the staff very polite, courteous. Office is very clean. Staff helpful. It is a very busy establishment. and the staff are doing their best to accommodate others. Be patient

I recently moved to Braintree. They have not delivered my mail in the month I have been here. I'm missing important mail and its all being returned to sender. They refuse to deliver my packages as well. This is a federal offense. Let's see how they like the postal inspectors sniffing around. I'm in contact with the GMF in Boston. These guys need to all be fired.

3 people working, 1 helping with passports, one wandering around doing nothing, last girl was helping customers then decided she needed to put some stickers on a box, then bring some boxes out back while the line is now out the broken door. Sad sad sad and you charge a fortune to mail things now. Not what it used to be sadly

I never knew that it is not allowed to ask any questions at the post office. I just asked two simple questions and she got very impatient. The attitude of that Indian woman is really very very rude, This kind of person is really not working for the post office. the post office should fire her! No wonder there are so many one star, I even don't want to give one star with this kind of person! The company should fire the Indian woman immediately . She should have been fired for such a work attitude, The attitude is so bad that it is outrageous! Even when the manager Lynn told her this just simple questions, she was still very unconvinced, not convinced at all! It is also a headache for the manager to have such employees, and I think it is not easy for Lynn working with this kind of people!

After reading the one-star reviews, all of them were complaining about this Indian woman, she was SO SO RUDE ! She should feel very ashamed and embarrassed,Everyone thinks she has problems about her work attitude, quarrel with customers loudly, So many people complained to her, they felt that she was not suitable to stand there, she said the government let her stand there to work. If the government knew that she had such a working attitude, it should have been fired her very early. Many complaints all said the company should fired her immediately! If the company is not managed, it will be close very sooner !

No joke the worst post office in America 30+ minute line every time and they will not do anything about it. If you come here prepared to dedicate an hour of your day to being in there.

Showed up early to appointment as instructed was rudely told black ink only which we knew then asked for certain papers which we didn’t have due to fact it’s our first passports and she with her loudest voice buh bye ! I looked and said wow no reason to be so ignorant we’ve never done this before

Unfortunately, the people working here are absolutely miserable. This is evident because every single time I go, for any reason at all, they are yelling at me or the other customers. I have heard the women at the far left booth with blonde hair scream at more customers than I can count. It is so inappropriate. I am dealing with a lost package and the lady at the far right was entirely dismissive. I am at a loss. Will not return.
