“This place is amazing, and Brett is an all-time great person to work with. Very flexible, very communicative, very helpful, and the facility frankly punches way above the weight class you'd expect. Really looking forward to getting certified on that forklift!”

“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

“I received a unit that didn’t operate as advertised, I asked BMI about it and they sent a replacement unit out to me the next day. They are great!”

“M&M Moving & Storage has helped my family friends for years with both moving and storage, and recently helped my partner and I move a short distance across town. They were super quick to dissemble, protect, and pack our furniture and boxes, and were done reassembling everything at our new home in record time. The team was so nice and we loved getting to know them better. The owner, Marcin, is easily accessible and responds quickly, which is surprising at a large company. His team has helped many of my clients since we met, and I'd recommend M&M to anyone!”

“I see tons of people complaining about this place. I went in last night. Appointment was for 4:30am. Got there at 2:30am on a door right away gone by 3:20am. Staff was really nice and helpful.”

“Had been meaning to check out Costco after hearing about it from my neighbor over in Sandwich. I was fed up with another company that completely flaked on us, so when I called Costco, they actually picked up the phone right away. They were super responsive and took care of everything without a hitch... felt like they really followed through on their promises. The whole process was way easier than I expected, especially since I’m not exactly a pro at this stuff. Glad to have made the switch.”
